I watched a lot of cartoons and movies. I draw incessantly and carry a sketchbook everywhere. I work in animation and self-publish my books. There are monsters in the streets, don't wear red. Mad bulls and monsters hate that color. I still watch cartoons.

Totoro Forest Tickets

First sale of tickets. They are going up for grabs for the September 6, 2008 auction event on Monday starting at 10 a.m.

Monday, August 11, 2008. Each ticket includes admission to the catered event and a perfect bound book (french fold) about the auction and the Totoro Forest initiative. By buying this ticket you will be registered for the auction, and may use your unique ID to bid on items. Please follow the link here.

The mock-up of the book. Spot varnish over every image, making them pop off the page. Dice spared no expense.

With the admission price you get a copy of the auction's very posh catalogue ($40.00) featuring all the magnificent art available that day. We just saw the proofs for the pages of this book and you are getting a very special printed edition of this celebration. Check out all the other tiers of prices and accompanying perks and privileges.

Dice is as unstoppable and determined as anybody I've ever met. Nice guy to boot. Enrico has a way of making any spare moment produce results on anything he sets his mind to. I'm the slug of the team by comparison. Great team of people all around us who are spot on and dedicated. We will feature them on later posts.

Check out the Totoro Forest Project website for more information and a look at all work up for auction.

The book looks amazing! Is the top image the cover? I really wish I could make it to California for this.

$100 and $200 packages are now sold out, according to the online ticket agency.

A dwindling number of $300 and $500 packages remain, so don't procrastinate and miss one great art show/auction benefitting a worthy and worthwhile environmental cause.
